I am a Licensed Portuguese Psychologist and Psychotherapist, currently working in Porto, Portugal. I graduated in Psychology from the University of Coimbra's Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences. I specialized in Psychological Counseling and Psychotherapy. The Portuguese psychology professional body, Ordem dos Psicólogos, awarded me the title of Specialist in Clinical Psychology and Health with Advanced Expertise in Psychotherapy. I am also certified by the European Association of Psychotherapy (EAP).

My experience has helped me develop a flexible and empathetic approach, meaning I adapt to each client.
